Ringingo © 2026Ringingo (“Ringingo”, “we”, “us”) is a communication and calling application that enables users to place and manage voice calls using internet and/or telephony services.
Operator / Publisher: Ringingo (as published on Google Play). If Ringingo is provided to you by an organization (for example, your employer or a business that created an account for you), that organization may control certain settings (such as call recording and data retention) and may be the primary controller of data for your use of the service.
1Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide calling features, improve reliability, and keep the service secure.
1.1 Information You Provide
- Name / display name (if provided)
- Phone number (for calling features and account identification)
- Email address (optional, for support and recovery)
- Support requests and messages (when you contact us)
1.2 Contacts (Optional)
If you grant Contacts permission, Ringingo may read contact names and numbers only to display caller names and improve dialing convenience. Ringingo does not upload your contacts unless a feature explicitly requires it and you enable that feature.
1.3 Call & Usage Information
When you place or receive calls, we may process call-related metadata such as:
- Call time, duration, direction (inbound/outbound)
- Call status (connected/failed) and quality metrics (jitter/packet loss, where available)
- App interaction and feature usage (for improving stability)
1.4 Device & Technical Information
- Device model, OS version, app version
- IP address and network type/connectivity status
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
1.5 Microphone Access
Microphone permission is required to transmit your voice during calls.
1.6 Call Recordings (Only If Enabled)
Ringingo may support call recording for quality, compliance, or troubleshooting only when recording is enabled by you or your organization and where permitted by law. When recording is enabled, users may be notified in-app and/or via an audible indicator depending on configuration and legal requirements. We do not use call recordings for advertising or profiling.
2How We Use Your Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate calling and communication features
- Improve call quality, performance, and reliability
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud/abuse and protect security
- Comply with legal obligations
3How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited information only with:
- Telecom carriers / SIP / VoIP providers for call routing and service delivery
- Infrastructure and technical service providers (hosting, storage, monitoring) under contractual protections
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or valid legal requests
4Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide and improve the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Account/support data: retained while your account is active and as needed for support and compliance
- Call metadata: retained for reporting, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and compliance where required
- Call recordings (if enabled): retained only as long as required for the purpose for which they were collected, and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless retention is required by law or configured by your organization
You may request deletion by contacting triotechringingo@gmail.com. If Ringingo is provided through an organization, your administrator may control retention settings.
5Permissions We Request
Ringingo may request the following permissions depending on features you enable:
- Call & Phone: to place and manage calls
- Contacts (optional): to show caller names and simplify dialing
- Microphone: to enable voice during calls
- Storage (optional): to save call recordings locally if recording is enabled
6Security
We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry practices.
7Your Choices & Rights
You may have rights (depending on your location) to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw optional permissions (such as Contacts) in your device settings
Deletion requests: You can request deletion by contacting us at triotechringingo@gmail.com. If Ringingo is provided through an organization, your request may need to be handled through your administrator.
8International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
9Third-Party Services
Ringingo may use third-party service providers for infrastructure, monitoring, crash reporting, or analytics to improve reliability and performance. These providers process limited data under contractual protections and only as instructed by us.

Ringingo is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
